Helpful tip: Black caps should not be over-tightened! If you can’t push the roll-on into the bottle, try this: Hold the bottle on a solid surface with one hand. Place the roll-on insert into the bottle. Screw the cap (clock-wise) while applying DOWNWARD pressure.
